Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360), along with solid knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, and Web Services integration. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere / A360.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
• Integrate bots with SQL databases, SharePoint, and Web Services to enable seamless data flow.
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare technical documentation including process design documents, solution design documents, and operational manuals.
• Ensure automations follow best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Provide support for production deployments and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, preferably with Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, queries, and database integration.
• Experience with SharePoint integration and document management.
• Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) for system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
