Job Description

Position Title:

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using
Automation Anywhere (v11/A360)
Work with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into bot logic
Develop reusable components, bot frameworks, and modular design patterns
Perform end-to-end bot lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment, and maintenance
Handle error/exception management and build robust logging mechanisms
Integrate bots with APIs, databases, Excel, email systems, and web applications
Collaborate with Control Room administrators for scheduling, auditing, and versioning
Maintain process documentation and participate in peer reviews

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
Automation Anywhere Enterprise v11 or A360
Knowledge of
Bot Creator
,
Bot Runner
, and
Control Room
Experience with
web automation
,
desktop automation
, and
email/file system integration
Good understanding of
variables
,
looping
,
conditions
, and
exception handling
in bot flows
Ability to create custom objects, use MetaBots (v11), or packages (A360)
Familiarity with SDLC and agile development methodologies
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Experience in integrating bots with REST/SOAP APIs
Hands on experience in Power Automate (Desktop/Cloud)
Understanding of document understanding, OCR (e.g., IQ Bot)
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN)

Education & Certifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
preferred

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
