RPA / Automation Engineer

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using

  UiPath

  .
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and propose suitable RPA solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Finance, HR, Engineering, and Operationsto gather requirements and document process flows.
  
• Integrate automation solutions with

  SAP, Salesforce, HRMS platforms, and Engineering tools

  where applicable.
• Conduct testing (UAT/SIT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless deployment of automation bots.
  
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing bots for improved performance and reliability.
  
• Prepare technical documentation including PDD, SDD, test cases, and deployment manuals.
  
• Support governance processes, compliance requirements, and automation best practices.
  
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives and recommend opportunities for process optimization and digitization.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• RPA Tool Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in

  UiPath

  (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).

• System Knowledge:

• Experience working with

  SAP

  for automation use cases.
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce automation

  and API-driven integrations.
• Understanding of

  HRMS tools

  and workflows.
• Exposure to

  Engineering/technical tools

  requiring automation.

• Automation Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of RPA methodologies, best practices, and lifecycle management.
  
• Ability to design stable, scalable, and efficient automation solutions.
  

• Technical Understanding:

• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and basic scripting (Python/VB.NET/C#) is an added advantage.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
