Onboarding Process: - HR Interaction followed by a Technical Interview and Aptitude Test. Onboarding:- From the 1st Week of January 2026. Office at Noida Sector 2. Job Responsibilities: - Handling issues & queries, acting as a point of contact for all profile-related questions. Anticipating issues that may occur due to system complexity and informing the team lead/Manager accordingly. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and System performance. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation. Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language. Monitors and maintains compliance with service agreements. Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes. Accomplishes information systems and the organisation's mission by completing related tasks as needed Supports the team by performing tasks related to organisation and through communication skills. Management of all day-to-day aspects related to the job profile. Meet the Project requirements specific to the domain employed.
