Job Summary: Front Office Associate We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Front Office Receptionist/Associate to join our team at our Cochin hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Your commitment to excellent guest service, along with your ability to manage the front office operations efficiently, will contribute to the success of our hotel. Responsibilities: - Welcome and check-in guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. - Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and prompt manner. - Provide guests with detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. - Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and requests in a timely manner. - Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently. - Answer and forward phone calls, ensuring that guest needs are addressed promptly. - Handle C-FORM data entry and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. - Assist with sorting mail and handling basic inquiries. - Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records. - Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area. - Utilize hotel management software to check guests in and out, and update guest information. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in front office operations and guest services. - Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive under pressure while meeting targets and deadlines. - Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office. - Strong team-building skills and a high degree of integrity and ethics.
