Routing and Switching - Networking Senior Specialist Advisor

As a Tier 3 Network Engineer, you play a crucial role in managing LAN & WAN infrastructures. Your responsibilities include: - Great experience in Routing & Switching, Wireless, and Firewalls - Managing Cisco ACI network architecture components - Experience with Palo Alto - Supporting Data Centre Networks using Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k platforms - Contributing to migration plans from traditional data centre network designs to Cisco ACI - Integrating service appliances to Cisco ACI deployments including Application Delivery Controllers and Firewalls - Understanding Inter and Intra Tenant traffic flows, contracts - Expertise in L2 outs, L3 outs, VMM integration - Proficiency in routing, switching, wireless, LAN, and WAN technologies - Ensuring network configurations comply with standards - Participating in setup, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure components - Strong knowledge of SDWAN and Wireless - Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams - Owning and documenting escalated support tickets and service requests - Understanding WAN/LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, network architecture, and testing requirements - Working knowledge of Networking products from Cisco, Dell & Extreme Networks - Adherence to ITIL & Change Management processes - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work well within a team and adapt to change - Willingness to work in a 24X7 environment - Rotating on-call responsibilities, support queue management, network system analysis, and reporting Basic Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in managing LAN & WAN Infrastructures - 10+ years of experience in Routing & Switching, Riverbed & Wireless - 10+ years of experience in Palo Alto - 5+ years of experience in Cisco ACI Highly Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of VELO Cloud and Wireless - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Project experience in SDN Infra & Networking - Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience,
