As a software developer with 7+ years of progressive experience in software development/delivery using Ruby or similar languages, you will be responsible for understanding how changes in a large codebase affect other parts of the system. You will need to demonstrate your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to standards and best practices. Additionally, you will lead small project teams, utilize your organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and effectively communicate both in writing and verbally. You must be able to work independently or as part of a team, handle constructive criticism, and incorporate suggestions and feedback effectively.
