About the Role: We are looking for experienced Mechanical Engineers to join our team as Project Coordinators for ongoing EPC/LSTK projects . This is a contract-based position, based entirely in our client’s Navi Mumbai office , focused on managing coordination and document control between various stakeholders such as customers, TPIs, suppliers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers , third-party inspection (TPI) agencies , suppliers , and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Review and manage vendor quality documents , ensuring timely submission and compliance with project specifications. Act as a central point of contact between engineering teams and external stakeholders. Follow up on document approvals, clarifications, and ensure adherence to quality and schedule requirements. Maintain organized records of communications and documents related to project quality and procurement. Required Qualifications & Experience: BE in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of total experience OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of total experience At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in LSTK/EPC project environments is mandatory Proven experience in vendor coordination , quality document review , and office-based project support roles Skills Required: Strong understanding of EPC project workflows , particularly in mechanical disciplines Good knowledge of vendor document review processes and inspection coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office , especially Excel and document tracking tools Ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively Job Type & Duration: Man-Month Contract Basis Duration: As per project requirements (extendable based on performance and project needs) Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Standard Office Hours) Location: Navi Mumbai (Office-based role) How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their updated CV with the subject line "Application for Project Coordinator – Mechanical (Navi Mumbai)" to: info.rootsingenious@gmail.com Kindly mention your total experience , EPC/LSTK experience , notice period , and current location in the email body.

Job Requirements- • Review of PO, specifications, datasheets, drawings and all other contractual requirements per client PO. • Ensuring full compliance to Project quality Plan and procedures by the Manufactures. • Perform inspection at various vendors shop for Mechanical, Rotating and Piping equipment during in-process, final assembly, testing and upon complete readiness for shipment as per contractual requirements at various vendors shop. • Coordinate and witness satisfactory close-out of non-conformance, if any. • Perform review of QC documentation and certifications, as required. • Prepare and issue report on daily inspection and testing activities and issuing non-conformance reports when the specification or procedural requirements are not met. • Release of equipment for shipment upon closing all outstanding issues. • Job requires travelling to various manufactures for shop Inspection.
