About the Role: We are looking for experienced Mechanical Engineers to join our team as Project Coordinators for ongoing EPC/LSTK projects . This is a contract-based position, based entirely in our client’s Navi Mumbai office , focused on managing coordination and document control between various stakeholders such as customers, TPIs, suppliers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers , third-party inspection (TPI) agencies , suppliers , and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Review and manage vendor quality documents , ensuring timely submission and compliance with project specifications. Act as a central point of contact between engineering teams and external stakeholders. Follow up on document approvals, clarifications, and ensure adherence to quality and schedule requirements. Maintain organized records of communications and documents related to project quality and procurement. Perform Joint inspections along with Client as and when required and address quality-related concerns or queries. Report daily progress of inspections and any issues that need resolution to the project manager. Perform quality audits and ensure that corrective actions are followed through.
