Room Attendant

We are urgently hiring Room Attendant who can clean, tidy, and maintain guest rooms and common areas in hotels, ensuring they are hygienic and presentable for guests. Key duties include making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, restocking toiletries and amenities, and reporting maintenance issues. Room Attendants also provide basic customer service by responding to guest requests and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms, including dusting surfaces, sanitizing fixtures, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
• Bed Making & Linen Changes: Change soiled bed linens and towels, replacing them with fresh ones according to hotel standards.
• Restocking Supplies: Ensure rooms are well-stocked with necessary amenities, such as toiletries, coffee, water, and mini-bar items.
• Maintenance & Reporting: Inspect rooms for any damage, broken items, or needed repairs, and report these issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Common Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and stairways to uphold hotel standards.
• Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Health & Safety: Follow all established health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies and linen inventory, sorting and counting them for collection by the laundry service.
