Rooftop Solar Design Engineer

As a Solar Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on live rooftop solar projects. You will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of PV systems under the guidance of experienced professionals in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform detailed site surveys to prepare a 3D model of the site. - Calculate daily energy consumption in kWh, determine peak load, and design the appropriate number of solar panels required. - Size the inverter, suggest the suitable inverter location, and determine the DC and AC cable sizes. - Create detailed 3D designs of the site and draw single line diagrams. - Provide daily updates on Hubspot sales application regarding assigned tasks. Qualifications: - Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering. - Interest in renewable energy and solar technology. - Knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning through practical experience.
