As a Sales and Customer Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to generate leads and prospects through various methods such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. You will be required to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients to drive sales growth effectively. In terms of sales and customer management, you will need to conduct comprehensive needs assessments to fully understand customer requirements and offer suitable roofing solutions. Your role will involve presenting and demonstrating roofing products and services to potential clients, preparing persuasive sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to achieve or exceed sales targets. It is crucial to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and post-sale follow-up. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively contribute to market analysis and reporting. Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management and participating in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration and teamwork are essential aspects of this role. You will work closely with project management and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Collaboration with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns is also required to drive sales growth effectively. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The compensation package includes a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
