Roller Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Operation:Setting up roll forming machines, including adjusting rollers, guides, and cutters according to specifications. This may involve offline (manual feed) or online (automated coil feed) systems.
• Material Handling:Loading and feeding material into the machine, which may include coils of steel or other metals.
• Quality Control:Monitoring the forming process, inspecting finished products for defects, and making adjustments as needed to meet dimensional and quality requirements.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Performing basic maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Identifying and troubleshooting issues with the machine or the forming process.
• Safety Compliance:Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any issues or deviations from standards.
