Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor

  C-type and Hat-type roll forming machines

  .
• Ensure all production runs meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Perform regular quality checks and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist with routine maintenance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or job orders.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience working with

  C-type and Hat-type roll forming machines

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail and focus on quality control.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade.
• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or fabrication

  (steel/ sheet metal)

  industry.
