Roll Forming Operator

As a Roll Forming Machine Operator at Ajay Industrial Corporation Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Setting up, operating, and monitoring C-type and Hat-type roll forming machines. - Ensuring that all production runs meet the required specifications and tolerances. - Performing regular quality checks and adjusting machine settings as necessary. - Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues and assisting with routine maintenance. - Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, or job orders. - Maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. - Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with company protocols. To excel in this role, you must meet the following candidate requirements: - Prior experience working with C-type and Hat-type roll forming machines is mandatory. - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements. - Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. - Good attention to detail and focus on quality control. - Physically fit and able to work in a production environment. Preferred qualifications for this position include: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade. - Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or fabrication (steel/ sheet metal) industry.
