Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Rec located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Tech Rec will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top technical talent, developing talent acquisition strategies, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Day-to-day tasks also include managing candidate pipelines, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Experience in identifying and recruiting top technical talent Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies and candidate sourcing Strong interviewing and coordination skills Ability to manage candidate pipelines effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the tech industry or technical recruitment is a plus
