Job Summary: The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations across our sites and corporate office. This includes planning and supervising maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, managing vendor contracts, and leading the facilities team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Key Objectives of the Role: Ensure all company facilitiesoffices and project sitesadhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Oversee and maintain building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply, and fire safety. Coordinate refurbishment, maintenance, and installation works at all locations. Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and facility staff. Manage service contracts, AMCs, and insurance documentation. Ensure all buildings and temporary site facilities are functional, secure, and compliant with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Allocate daily facility-related tasks to maintenance and housekeeping teams. Conduct regular inspections of office buildings and construction site facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Manage minor repair works, coordinate with contractors, and supervise execution. Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, water supply, plumbing, and waste disposal. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, utility bills, contracts, and inspections. Assist in planning and implementing facility-related budgets. Monitor AMC renewals, insurance, equipment servicing, and contract timelines. Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent maintenance issues. Support overall site operations in coordination with site engineers and admin staff. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Practical knowledge of building maintenance systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Physically fit and able to handle labor-intensive tasks when necessary. Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple sites. Understanding of facility safety regulations and statutory compliances. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and asset tracking. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities management within the construction or real estate sector. Proven experience in handling facility-related budgets and vendor contracts. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and facility maintenance tracking software
