Maintain records of maintenance schedules, utility bills, contracts, and inspections. Assist in planning and implementing facility-related budgets. Monitor AMC renewals, insurance, equipment servicing, and contract timelines. Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent maintenance issues. Support overall site operations in coordination with site engineers and admin staff. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Practical knowledge of building maintenance systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Physically fit and able to handle labor-intensive tasks when necessary. Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple sites. Understanding of facility safety regulations and statutory compliances. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and asset tracking. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities management within the construction or real estate sector. Proven experience in handling facility-related budgets and vendor contracts. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
