Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Robotics Sales & Service Professionals team at KRR Hiring, focusing on promoting and selling delivery, service, and cleaning robots across various sectors. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell delivery, service, and cleaning robots across different sectors such as Institution, Hospitality, Healthcare, Industries, Warehouses, and Commercial Sectors - Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline - Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research - Conduct product Proof of Concept (POC) and site audits - Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution finalization - Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term customer relationships - Install, commission, and test robotic solutions at customer sites - Troubleshoot, maintain, and provide technical support for robots - Provide customer training and on-site operational support - Coordinate with internal technological teams for issue resolution - Ensure high customer satisfaction and system uptime Qualification Required: - Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics - Experience in Robotics, Automation, Industrial Equipment - Strong communication and customer-handling skills - Willingness to travel within the assigned area - Freshers with a strong technical aptitude and learning mindset are encouraged to apply Join us and be part of India's fast-growing robotics ecosystem.
