Robotics Process Automation Developer

As an experienced RPA Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, optimizing existing bot code, testing and debugging automation workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful automation implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct requirement analysis by understanding and analyzing business processes to identify optimization opportunities in existing bot code. - Optimize existing bots by developing reusable components using Automation Anywhere tools to reduce code complexity, embed error handling, and implement common error logging for better reporting. - Test bots thoroughly to ensure correct functionality and debug any arising issues. - Prepare detailed documentation for each bot, including design specifications, test cases, and user manuals. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, process analysts, and team members for successful automation implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, focusing on Task Bot development. - Manage bot deployments and monitor performance through Automation Anywhere Control Room. - Integrate bots with external systems using REST APIs, SQL, and other technologies. - Debug and troubleshoot automation workflows, optimize for performance and stability. - Utilize programming/scripting skills in JavaScript, VBScript, Python, or equivalent for custom logic and enhancements. - Adhere to RPA best practices, design scalable, maintainable, and efficient automation solutions. - Monitor deployed bots in production, ensure uptime, and promptly resolve operational issues. - Perform root-cause analysis of failures and implement permanent fixes. - Collaborate with infrastructure and IT teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of RPA bots. Secondary Skills: - Proficient in triaging and analyzing defects in production environments for timely resolution. - Skilled in reverse engineering to understand and enhance existing automation flows. - Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident and request management. - Familiar with API concepts and integration techniques. - Experience in bot migration from Automation Anywhere 360 On-Prem to AA SaaS.,
