Robotics Engineering Intern

As a Robotics Intern at Posha, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing Series-A funded startup and be a part of the team working on designing and developing autonomous cooking solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing motion planning and trajectory systems for an autonomous cooking solution. - Contributing to the development of control systems for robotic arms. - Building and maintaining simulation environments for system validation using tools like Gazebo, RViz, and NVIDIA Isaac Sim. - Implementing and testing sensor fusion algorithms for improved robot perception and decision-making. - Researching and gaining experience with ROS2 and contributing to the development of robot software modules. - Exploring and experimenting with advanced algorithms for robot navigation and control. - Collaborating with other engineers to integrate software components into robotic platforms. - Contributing to the development of technical documentation and reports. To be a match for us, you should be currently pursuing a masters degree in robotics/automation engineering, although Bachelors students with the required skills are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, you should have: - Hands-on Experience working with ROS/ROS2. - Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in robotics and software engineering. - Basic understanding of robotics concepts, including kinematics, dynamics, and control systems. - Programming experience in Python and/or C++. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
