Description
As a curriculum designer at our company, you will be responsible for developing a school calendar-aligned, hands-on curriculum for students from Grades 3 to 9, utilizing our custom robotics and AI kits. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a year-long Robotics and AI curriculum that aligns with school timetables. - Design 20 progressive, hands-on lessons per grade level (Grades 3-9). - Integrate project-based learning using our hardware kits, which include robotics and AI sensors/modules. - Ensure that the content aligns with national education policies such as CBSE, NEP, and STEM learning objectives. - Collaborate with educators, developers, and product teams for testing and continuous improvement. - Incorporate both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) approaches into the curriculum. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing STEM/Robotics/AI curriculum for schools or EdTech companies. - In-depth understanding of K12 pedagogy, particularly for Grades 3 to 9. - Familiarity with popular robotics platforms such as Arduino, LEGO, micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, etc. - Experience in integrating AI concepts like image recognition, sensors, or block-based coding. - Ability to develop age-appropriate lesson plans, assessments, and teacher guides. Additionally, if you have: - Previous experience working with Indian school boards like CBSE/ICSE/State. - Knowledge of NEP 2020 or AI Curriculum by CBSE/Intel. - Classroom teaching or teacher training experience.
