Robotic Trainer (STEM)

Job Description: You are invited to apply for the position of Robotic Trainer at "On My Own Technology," an integrated Robotics Institute in Jalandhar. As a Robotics Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education to students of all ages. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, teaching robotics concepts, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance to students. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on robot development projects and contribute to research papers and projects. We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with coding languages such as Scratch, Blockly, Python, and Lego, as well as experience in classroom management and student assessment methods, is highly desirable. As a Robotics Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans for robotics classes, teaching students from kindergarten to high school, managing classroom discipline, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to support student learning and achievement. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with new technologies and teaching methods in the field of robotics education.
