Responsibilities

Experience in Detailed Logistics process modelling

Creation and execution of material flow simulation process models
Creation of new and modification of existing simulation models in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation
Validation of simulation models
Elaboration and evaluation of scenarios for optimisation of KPIs
Communication with partners and customers from start to end of project; documentation of project data and results
Should be open to learning a wide range of topics in robotics automation Pune
Exposure towards Discrete Event simulation preferably #PlantSimulation . Learning Mindset . Understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts.

Assist in
concept design
(design clamps, pin units stationary and retractable, slides, and dumps)
Exposure to
welding line processes
including spot welding and ARC welding
Perform
basic engineering calculations
to support design integrity
Assist in creating
2D manufacturing drawings
and Bill of Materials (BOM)
Gain knowledge of
tolerances and materials
Learn to read and interpret
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) drawings
Support in the design and development of
BIW welding fixtures
Work on
concept design, 3D finishing

2D layout detailing
Participate in
quality checks
based on customer standards
Support in
technical documentation
and
customer reviews
Collaborate with
offshore teams
on project tasks

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of engineering design tools (e.g., CAD software)
Understanding of welding processes and basic fixture design concepts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
