Road Foreman

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Road Foreman to oversee and supervise daily road construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing site workers, ensuring work progress as per drawings & specifications, maintaining safety, and coordinating with engineers for smooth execution.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily roadwork activities including earthwork, WMM, GSB, DBM, BC, etc.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of site workers and machinery.
• Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors for timely progress.
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Record daily progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in road/highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of road construction methods, machinery, and materials.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a team and meet project timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
