RO Technician (RO Fitter Cum Plumber)

You are looking for a skilled and experienced Industrial RO Fitter cum Plumber to join our team in Amritsar. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purification systems and associated plumbing lines. Your solid understanding of water filtration systems, plumbing layouts, and industrial installation protocols will be key to succeeding in this position. Your responsibilities will include installing, assembling, and testing industrial RO systems, softeners, and water purification units. You will also perform plumbing work such as connecting water inlets/outlets, drainage, valves, piping, and tanks. Diagnosing and repairing issues in RO systems including filters, membranes, pumps, solenoids, and pressure valves will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, maintaining and servicing RO plants as per scheduled maintenance plans, handling PVC, CPVC, GI, and PPR piping work related to RO systems, and coordinating with electricians or automation technicians for system integration are crucial aspects of the role. You will be expected to check water parameters (TDS, pH, pressure) regularly to ensure the system is running efficiently. Keeping records of maintenance work and customer service reports will also be essential. Following safety standards to prevent water or chemical leakage is a priority in this position. To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience (2+ years preferred) in RO system installation and industrial plumbing. A basic knowledge of RO working principles, filtration stages, and pump operations is required. Hands-on experience with pipe cutting, threading, and joining tools is a must. The ability to read plumbing diagrams and basic RO plant layouts, physical fitness to work in industrial or site environments, and an ITI/Diploma in Plumbing / Mechanical / Fitting (preferred but not mandatory) are also desired qualifications.
