Ro Service Engineer

As an RO Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing reverse osmosis (RO) water purification systems. Your role will involve ensuring the proper functioning of RO systems at customer locations, conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing malfunctions, and providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include installing RO systems and related equipment, performing regular maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting system issues, replacing components as necessary, testing water quality, maintaining service records, offering customer support, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating service activities with the service manager. To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical diploma in plumbing, water technology, or a related field being preferred. Prior experience as an RO technician or in a similar field service position is required. You must possess a strong understanding of water filtration and treatment systems, the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics, good physical condition for lifting heavy equipment, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred skills for this position include knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing, certification in water treatment systems (although not mandatory), and experience with residential, commercial, or industrial RO systems. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as a flexible schedule and food provided.
