Description

We are seeking an experienced RO Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Reverse Osmosis systems, ensuring water quality standards are met, and maintaining equipment for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the Reverse Osmosis (RO) system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of RO equipment to prevent downtime.
Conduct water quality testing and analysis to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Document operational data and maintain logs for system performance and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and upgrades.
Train and guide junior operators on best practices and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in operating and maintaining Reverse Osmosis systems.
Strong understanding of water treatment processes and quality standards.
Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues related to RO systems.
Familiarity with water quality testing methods and equipment.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field is preferred.
