* Assist in onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth integration into the network. * Maintain relationship with corporate sponsors for future engagements * Maintain accurate prospective member & sponsor data and interaction logs using CRM tools. * Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to share value proposition to prospective sponsors.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in BMS/ BBA * 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, membership coordination, or relationship management. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
