Job Description: As a Relationship Manager, your role will primarily focus on generating revenue through Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Commodities & Currency products. You will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets assigned as a multiple of CTC. It will be crucial for you to ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines to reduce rejection rates and improve the quality of AOF documentation. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through excellent servicing and support will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to establish and nurture relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and collaborate with the Business Head to devise business growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Generate revenue through Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Commodities & Currency products - Achieve monthly revenue targets as per CTC multiples - Ensure compliance with processes and guidelines to enhance document quality - Cultivate long-term client relationships through superior service - Establish and maintain relationships with HNI clients and collaborate with Business Head for growth strategies Qualification Required: - Proven work experience as RM/SRM or a similar sales role in broking - Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators such as ROI and KPIs - Hands-on experience in sales and business planning - Proficiency in hard-core field sales - Locationally mobile Education & Experience Parameters: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the broking industry,
