RMO( Emergency )

The Resident Medical Officer (Emergency) will be responsible for providing prompt medical care to patients arriving in the Emergency Department. The RMO will coordinate with consultants and nursing teams to ensure high-quality and timely medical intervention as per institutional and NABH standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention to all emergency and trauma patients.
  
• Perform initial assessment, triage, stabilization and documentation of cases.
  
• Assist in resuscitation, life-saving procedures and coordination with specialty consultants.
  
• Monitor and manage patients in the Emergency Department until transfer or admission.
  
• Ensure proper documentation of all clinical findings, treatments, and procedures.
  
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies and emergency protocols.
  
• Assist in medico-legal case handling and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
  
• Participate in medical audits, infection control, and clinical quality improvement initiatives.
  
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and institutional guidelines.
  
• Provide on-call coverage as per duty roster.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  MBBS from a recognized university with valid MCI/State Medical Council registration.

• Experience:

  02 years of work in emergency

• Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent clinical judgment and emergency response skills.
  
• Good communication and coordination abilities with patients and team members.
  
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
  
• Knowledge of emergency drugs, procedures, and equipment.
  
• Familiarity with NABH protocols and hospital documentation practices.
  

• Work Schedule:

  Rotational shifts including night duties.

Remuneration:

As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
