Sales Target Achievement: Focus on achieving both primary (sales to distributors) and secondary (sales to retailers) sales targets. Market Expansion: Identify and activate new retail outlets, high-volume outlets, and key accounts to increase market coverage. Channel Management: Manage and develop relationships with various channels, including General Trade, Key Accounts, Corporates, Horeca, and Institutional clients. Customer Relationship Management: Respond promptly to any complaints and feedback and build strong relationships with retailers and clients. Promotional Activities: Promote the Company brand and products through campaigns and activities. Market Analysis: Understand and analyze the market situation, identify opportunities, and address challenges. Distribution Handling: Ensure efficient distribution of Company products. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitors and market trends. Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG or beverage industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong market relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient and preparing reports and sharing with the managers.
