Job Description Position: RLDA Engineer (Testing & Validation) Department : Research & Development Location: Pune Reporting to the Manager, the prime responsibility will be to organise a RLDA/Measurement Activities In-house/Customer End on Engine or Vehicle Level for Company Group Product. This Role is in Testing & Validation-(R&D) function. The person in this role also will be responsible for Running the DVP as per DVP Plan from the Testing & Validation Team Members. Responsibilities: . The person will be responsible for driving the culture of innovation at Company Group. . Should have Strong fundamental knowledge and hands on working experience with RLDA/ Measurement Activities for Acceleration, Displacement, Temperature, Pressure, Strain/Stress. . Candidate should be able to do Data Cleaning, Data Based Fatigue Analysis Accelerated Drive File Generation for Frequency and Time Domain. . Should have Vast Working Experience on n-Code Glyphworks Software. . Should have Vast Working Experience on Python/MATLAB Programming. . Should have hands on Experience on VBA- Automation within Microsoft Applications i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint. . Working Experience on the HBM Data Acquisition System will be an added advantage. . Will be responsible for DVP understanding, DVP Preparation and Execution. . Should Lead to make the SOR and handle it with supplier for the New Testing Machines based on the New Product Test Requirements. . Will need to do the Test Engineers Team Management to ensure quality, zero error & on time delivery of the Testing & Validation Projects. . Candidate should be able to design the Test Fixture and verify is it robust or not. . Can be able to manage R&D lab activities and participate in discussion with the internal & external customer regarding test status, results and reports. Critical Skills: . RLDA, Python/MATLAB Programming, n-Code Glyphworks & VBA- Automation within Microsoft Applications i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint . Good technical knowledge and advanced technical skills Fatigue. . Ability to think out of the box & a questioning mindset. . R&D Lab Test procedures. . Product Development Cycle basic knowledge will be required. . Good knowledge about the Materials & manufacturing processes. (i.e., Sheet-metal, Die- Casting, Hydro-forming, Welding & Brazing). . Basic awareness of FEA recommendation and its implementation will be additional benefit. Educational Qualification: . M.Tech/M.E. from a reputed institute with (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Domain) Job Requirement: . A minimum of 4-5 years working experience. Mainly related to automotive Exhaust Bellow/System. . R&D work awareness for Components Testing in R&D Lab. . Career success related to automotive parts preferably (EGR Tubes, EGR Cooler, Oil Cooler, Turbo Oil Drain Tube & Exhaust Bellow).
