The Specialist, Compliance & Risk Ops role supports the Audit Readiness Team by identifying, investigating, and triaging compliance issues for tracking and resolution. You will assess escalated issues and effectively communicate them to the relevant Audit Readiness Team member(s) or other stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and supporting enhancements to the Audit & Monitoring process. Your responsibilities will include daily monitoring of various dashboards, cadenced in-channel monitoring, proactive oversight of the audit readiness approach, and timely communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance. You will execute audit readiness activities seamlessly, provide proper documentation to support the US business, and escalate issues to the Manager or Compliance Team Lead when necessary. Your role will involve the initial risk assessment of sample materials from digital channels and reporting relevant issues through internal processes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University and have 2-3 years of experience supporting Compliance or Audit in the Life Sciences industry. A strong understanding of US Compliance & Regulatory laws, the Materials Approval Process, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
