Job Description

The job involves fieldwork, where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collections activities. You will need to communicate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude. Meeting or exceeding monthly collection goals is a key part of this role. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in microloans, although freshers can also apply. Having a two-wheeler and valid licenses is mandatory for this position. This is a full-time job, and the preferred education requirement is Higher Secondary (12th Pass). The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location for this position is in person.,
