Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RIM Engineer End User to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our remote infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high availability for end-users. This is a remote position based in India.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage remote infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to end-user infrastructure.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of remote management tools and software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure processes and workflows.
Provide support to end-users via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
Document and maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and infrastructure configurations.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in Remote Infrastructure Management or related IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols.
Experience with remote monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, TeamViewer).
Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with end-users and team members.
