About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Communication & Project Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, effective issue resolution, and a strong client relationship experience. You’ll play a critical part in enhancing client satisfaction and driving long-term retention. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between the company and its clients, handling inbound and outbound communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Understand client needs and provide timely, effective support or solutions. Coordinate internally with teams (sales, support, operations) to ensure client requirements are met. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and action items using CRM tools. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns proactively. Assist in onboarding new clients, including documentation and walkthroughs. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs. Prepare regular reports on client feedback and communication metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Freshers to 1 year of experience in a client-facing or communication-focused role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Additional languages are a plus.) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficient with CRM tools, email communication, and basic office software. High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.
