Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rider, located in Ludhiana. The Rider will be responsible for delivering orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Day-to-day tasks include accepting orders via the Blinkit app, collecting items from designated locations, and ensuring accurate and prompt deliveries. The Rider will also handle any queries from customers and provide excellent customer service.

- Basic understanding of navigation and geographic location
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and stamina for performing delivery tasks
- Punctuality and reliability
- Experience in riding/driving
- Customer service orientation is a plus
