Role & responsibilities Sales Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, and referrals. Present company offerings to potential customers and explain services clearly. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle negotiations. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) for smooth order execution. Maintain sales records, track progress, and report to management. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Provide customer feedback to improve service quality. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Handle inbound/outbound client communications (calls, emails, WhatsApp). Manage customer lifecycle from inquiry to delivery. Maintain client database and update CRM tools with accurate information. Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction. Operations Coordination Coordinate between artists, lyricists, video teams, and vendors. Track project timelines and ensure smooth execution. Support logistics and documentation related to service delivery. Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales efforts. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Business, Marketing, Media, or related fields . 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in sales/operations. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a startup culture. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Passion for Music & Trained Musician is preferrable
