Responsibilities – Design and develop compensation structures and C&B policies aligned with business goals. Manage budgeting, salary increment planning, and bonus programs. Analyze compensation trends, perform benchmarking, and recommend solutions. Ensure compliance with Indian statutory benefits and compensation regulations. Support audits, introduce new benefits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Requirements – 13-14 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in core India-based Compensation & Benefits. Hands-on expertise in advanced Excel, data analytics, and reporting. Familiarity with PF, gratuity, statutory bonus, CTC structuring, and insurance.
