Support audits, introduce new benefits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Requirements – 13-14 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in core India-based Compensation & Benefits. Hands-on expertise in advanced Excel, data analytics, and reporting. Familiarity with PF, gratuity, statutory bonus, CTC structuring, and insurance.
