Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a BIM Automation Dynamo Mentor at Aeczone. The mentor will be responsible for guiding students in using BIM automation tools, particularly Dynamo, to optimize workflows in digital construction projects. Daily tasks include mentoring, providing project support, and helping students develop advanced skills in BIM automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth training sessions on BIM Dynamo, covering fundamental to advanced concepts.
• Mentor batches of professionals guiding them through practical applications.
• Develop and deliver interactive workshops, webinars, and corporate training on Dynamo for BIM workflows.
• Conduct live demonstrations showcasing real-world applications of Dynamo in AEC projects.
• Design and update course content, training materials, and hands-on exercises.
• Customize training modules based on participants' skill levels and industry requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Dynamo, BIM, and computational design.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to integrate practical case studies into training programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in BIM Dynamo, with hands-on experience in Revit and Dynamo scripting.
• Strong understanding of computational design, automation, and parametric modeling.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in BIM/Dynamo is plus.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging, interactive sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and proven experience (5+ years) working with BIM softwares.
