Role Overview:
Access Architects is seeking an experienced Revit Draftsman with strong technical capability in delivering detailed drawings for high-rise commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with Mumbai’s project environment and can operate with precision, speed, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed working drawings including GFC plans, elevations, sections, and construction details for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Develop accurate Revit and AutoCAD models in line with project standards and design intent.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless documentation and quality output.
• Maintain and update drawing sets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to municipal norms, project specifications, and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience using Revit and AutoCAD in an architectural firm.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise commercial and residential projects.
• Strong understanding of working drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
