Revit & BIM - Civil Engineer- Architecture

We are seeking a skilled Architect / BIM Professional with strong proficiency in Revit, BIM, and coordination workflows for large-scale residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing 3D BIM models, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary integration to deliver high-quality architectural outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Documentation

• Develop detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details in Revit for large-scale residential and infrastructure projects.

• Translate conceptual designs into coordinated BIM models with accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure all documentation complies with NBC, DCPR/UDCPR, and relevant IS codes and project standards.

• Produce LOD 300400 level BIM models for tender, GFC, and execution drawings.

• BIM Management & Coordination

• Create and manage BIM execution plans (BEP), model templates, and naming conventions.

• Coordinate BIM models with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks / BIM 360 / Revit Collaborate.

• Conduct regular model audits, clash detection reports, and coordination meetings with consultants.

• Support digital design workflows, family creation, and content management in Revit libraries.

• Project Coordination & Delivery

• Work closely with design leads to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.

• Prepare and review shop drawings, BOQ extracts, and schedules from BIM models.

• Assist in value engineering, cost optimization, and sustainable design initiatives.

• Interface with clients, consultants, and site teams for design clarification and BIM deliverables. • Quality & Process Control

• Maintain BIM data integrity, version control, and documentation records.

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, BIM protocols, and project documentation formats
