Role Overview: You will be responsible for evaluating test cases, scripts, and automation outputs generated by TAAS for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements. Your role will involve providing constructive feedback to TAAS's engineering and QA teams to enhance the tool's capabilities. Additionally, you will ensure that test artifacts generated by TAAS align with the overall test strategy and automation framework of the project. It will be essential for you to work closely with delivery teams, project stakeholders, and QA leads to ensure that generated test cases meet business and technical needs. Furthermore, you will define and monitor quality metrics to measure the effectiveness and accuracy of TAAS-generated outputs. Training QA teams to effectively use and validate outputs from TAAS and comparing TAAS's outputs with other market tools to ensure a competitive advantage will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate test cases, scripts, and automation outputs for accuracy and completeness - Provide constructive feedback to enhance TAAS's capabilities - Ensure test artifacts align with the project's test strategy and automation framework - Work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and QA leads to meet business and technical needs - Define and monitor quality metrics for TAAS-generated outputs - Train QA teams to use and validate TAAS outputs effectively - Compare TAAS's outputs with other market tools for competitive advantage Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 8+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role - Strong expertise in Python programming for test automation and scripting - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools - Proficiency in CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps) - Knowledge of cloud-based testing and microservices architectures - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills - Leadership skills to drive improvements and mentor team members Additional Company Details: GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a trusted digital engineering partner to some of the world's largest and most forward-thinking companies.
