Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Python programming for test automation and scripting.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright,

Cypress, or similar tools.

Expertise in AI/ML-based tools for QA and automation
Proficiency in CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
Knowledge of cloud-based testing and microservices architectures.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
Leadership skills to drive improvements and mentor team members.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership

or architect role.

Proven experience working with Python for automation and AI/ML-based tools for test

case generation or automation.
