Job Title: RO Plant Operator (Reverse Osmosis Plant Operator)Job Summary

The RO Plant Operator is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plant to ensure continuous supply of treated water meeting quality standards. The role involves routine checks, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RO plant systems, including pre-treatment units, RO membranes, pumps, and filtration systems
• Conduct routine inspections and record operational parameters such as pressure, flow rate, pH, TDS, and conductivity
• Perform backwashing, chemical dosing, and regeneration of filters as per standard operating procedures
• Monitor water quality and ensure treated water meets required standards
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and equipment malfunctions
• Carry out routine maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs
• Maintain daily logbooks and operational records
• Handle chemicals safely and follow safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and company regulations
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant area

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field preferred
• Experience in operating RO or water treatment plants preferred
• Knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Willingness to work in shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,792.38 - ₹30,000.95 per month
