About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Revenue Accounting professional to join finance team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, revenue reconciliations, and reporting, while providing insightful revenue analytics to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.

Perform monthly revenue recognition and reconciliations in line with internal policies and accounting standards.

Prepare and present accurate revenue reports and dashboards to finance and business teams.

Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve revenue processes.

Deliver data-driven revenue insights and trend analysis to support strategic planning.

Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:

25 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, preferably in fast-paced/start-up environments.

Strong grasp of O2C processes, revenue reconciliation, and reporting.

Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Semi-Qualified CA / Graduate in Commerce or Finance.
