The Medical Coder will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning appropriate coding for diagnoses and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include coding patient records, working with healthcare professionals to clarify information, and ensuring that codes are accurately applied to billing processes. Qualifications Experience in Medical Coding and familiarity with Medical Terminology Minimum 3 years in E/M, Surgery, Radiology & Medicine Proficiency in Health Information Management and related processes AHIMA ( American Health Information Management Association ) certification AAPC ( American Academy of Professional Coders ) certification Strong understanding of coding guidelines and standards Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals Prior experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Shift Timing 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM IST
