Retired teachers

We are seeking retired servicemen or ex-officers with strong subject knowledge to join our school community as Subject Mentors. Formal teaching experience is not required—if you have a passion for education and deep understanding of your subject, we invite you to inspire the next generation of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor students in developing conceptual understanding in subjects such as Math, Science, English, or Social Studies
• Conduct small group or one-on-one sessions to reinforce key concepts and support foundational learning
• Share real-world applications and practical insights based on your professional and life experience
• Collaborate with teaching staff to design activities that make learning engaging and meaningful
• Offer guidance, encouragement, and serve as a role model for discipline and lifelong learning

Requirements:

• Retired serviceman or ex-officer with a strong academic background and subject expertise
• No prior teaching experience necessary—passion for helping children learn is most important
• Effective communication skills and patience in working with young learners
• Willingness to contribute part-time or on a flexible schedule based on school needs

Pay: ₹10,545.91 - ₹15,000.00 per month
