Job Description

Lead
New Product Development (NPD)
for
gear motors and compact gearboxes
suited to the Indian market.
Oversee
assembly processes
with a focus on
cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing
.
Optimize
production workflows, inventory management, and vendor coordination
to meet market demands.
Identify and troubleshoot
gear motor and gearbox-related production challenges
, considering Indian industry requirements.
Collaborate with
local suppliers, OEMs, and distributors
for sourcing components and ensuring supply chain efficiency.
Manage
pilot production, testing, and validation
to meet industry and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) compliance.
Ensure adherence to
Indian regulatory standards (ISI, BIS, ISO) and safety protocols
.
Provide
technical mentorship and training
to junior engineers and production staff.
Support
automation, localization of materials, and process improvements
to enhance efficiency.
