As a Store Sales Incharge at our retail store in Coimbatore, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Welcome every walk-in customer with warmth and professionalism - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products - Achieve personal and store-level sales targets - Build loyal customer relationships and ensure return visits - Maintain the store's cleanliness, display aesthetics, and stock organization - Handle POS operations and daily sales entries - Assist in store events, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising - Address customer queries, feedback, and issues gracefully Qualifications required for this position: - 1 year of experience in retail stores Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
