Position: Retail Store Sales Executive
Location: Coimbatore (R.S. Puram), near Croma.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Languages Required: Tamil & English (Hindi is a bonus)
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in customer-facing retail roles

Key Responsibilities
● Welcome every walk-in customer with warmth and professionalism.● Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.● Achieve personal and store-level sales targets.● Build loyal customer relationships and ensure return visits.● Maintain the store’s cleanliness, display aesthetics, and stock organisation.● Handle POS operations and daily sales entries.● Assist in store events, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising.● Address customer queries, feedback, and issues gracefully.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
● Have 1+ years of experience in retail/customer service.● Are confident, polite, and enthusiastic.● Love talking to people and selling artistic, meaningful products.● Can handle billing, inventory, and store operations.● Are open to working weekends/festive seasons (rotational weekly offs).● Are looking for a long-term, stable job in Coimbatore.

Education & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree/diploma (preferred, not mandatory).● Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).● Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.

Compensation:
Annual CTC: ₹2.4 Lakhs – ₹3.6 Lakhs (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives based on store targets.
